Christmas Delivery Deadlines

Auspost Standard - 16th December 2024

The above timeframes are delivery deadlines as quoted by Auspost & DHL and are estimates to provide best chance of delivery by Christmas but do not guarantee delivery.

Australia

$11* Regular shipping | 1-2 weeks (depending on location)
$15* Express shipping | 2-4 business days (depending on location)

The above timeframes are estimated delivery windows as quoted by Auspost.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 1-2 business days.
During peak sale periods dispatch times may be longer.

All parcels sent as 'Authority To Leave'.
If you are not home, your delivery driver will find a suitable place at your address to leave your package.
If you do not want this option, please utilise the real time tracking notifications & tools provided via Auspost to manage your delivery preferences.

Any delays incurred as a result of the Auspost network are not the responsibility of Little Human Linens.

We will assist with any lost parcel claims that occur during transit only.
Once items are marked delivered via Auspost, we are unable to assist with claims for stolen or alleged non delivery.

To lodge an enquiry for a delayed or lost package, head to the Auspost website and follow the prompts.

International

We ship to most locations around the world with DHL or Australia Post.

Order shipped with Australia Post are carried via the EMS network and will be managed by the respective postal service in each country.

Once your package leaves Australia, use your tracking number in the national postal service in your country to see more detailed tracking.

Time frames below are estimates only for Auspost Express International Delivery.

Please refer to Australia Post for the most up to date time frames.

New Zealand | 5 - 8 business days  
US  | 3 - 7 business days  
UK | 7 - 18 business days
Asia | 4 - 14 business days  

Please be aware customers are responsible for localised duties and taxes in their country. Orders abandoned at customs due to non payment of taxes or duties are not eligible for refund.

Canadian Postal Strikes: As of the 27th November, all Australia Post services to Canada have been suspended. You can still ship via DHL.

Authority to leave:

All Australian orders are sent as 'Authority to Leave', meaning no signature required.

If you do not wish to have your parcel left in a safe place, please utilise to redirection tools within the Auspost app/website/tracking page.

Tracking:

All orders sent with tracking from 'Little Human Linens'.

You will receive tracking advice once your order is dispatched.

International orders can be tracked via DHL or the Auspost tracking number.

Once Auspost orders depart Australia, detailed tracking can be found using the local region carrier and the tracking number provided.
