Refund policy

Exchanges

We accept exchange for incorrect size within 60 days. Items must be unused, in original condition and have all packaging intact to be considered eligible for exchange.

To complete your exchange, please email us at hello@littlehumanlinens.com.au and quote your order number and provide details of exchange. Customer will be responsible for any difference in pricing.

If customer exchanges of item of lesser value, then refund will be made via original payment method (minus shipping costs).

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items to Little Human Linens.


Returns

If you decide our sheets aren't for you, you can request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be unused, in original saleable condition and have all packaging intact to be eligible for refund.

In order to receive a full refund of your order (minus original shipping costs) all items in the order must be returned. This includes any gift or promotional products.

Any items not returned will be deducted from the refund total.

Where a customer requests a partial refund (ie only some items are returned) then eligibility for any order discounts, gifts or promotional items is recalculated based on the value of the items not returned. 

Where a customer chooses to retain a gift or promotional item and no longer qualifies for it, then the value of the gift will be deducted from the returned items.

Where items are returned and not in saleable condition we will offer to return the items to the customer at their cost or donate to charity on their behalf. Refunds will not be provided in this instance.

Customer is responsible for shipping costs to return items to Little Human Linens.

Returned must be posted within 7 days of requesting return. 

 

Returns outside 30 days. 

We do not refund after 30 days of purchase for change of mind.

We will refund items after 30 days following purchase in the event they are deemed faulty or defective as per the Australian Consumer & Competition Commission Guidelines. Please see Faulty Items below. 


Faulty items 

If you discover a fault in your product, please contact us as soon as possible to resolve the issue. We reserve the right to request photographs or ask that the item be returned for inspection before determining if a product is faulty.

Faults as a result of workmanship (ie sewing defects) or material breakdown that is not as a result of misuse, will be replaced or refunded.

Faults as a result of misuse or improper care ie use of abrasives, puncturing fabric, direct heat (including the use of a hot tumble dryer) or harsh chemicals are not deemed faulty and will not be replaced or refunded.

Shipping costs are excluded from refunds.

  

Gifts

Due to Australian banking laws, we are required to refund the exact original payment method. We are unable to cash refunds via any other method or person.

If the item was a gifted to you, we are able to provide a store credit for the value of the item.
Alternatively, we can credit the original purchaser if you prefer. 

 

Sale/Clearance items

All purchases on sale or clearance items are final and we do not accept exchanges or refunds unless item is deemed faulty.

All products under this condition are clearly marked on the product page. This excludes bundle discounts, welcome discounts or referral discounts. Exchanges for incorrect size are permitted within 14 days where you have been given incorrect sizing advice by us. 

 

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us for a return shipping address.

You will are required to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
